Who we are

MartechPilot (martechpilot.com) is operated by CREATIVESERVICE Ltd (КРЕАТИВСЕРВИС ЕООД), a Bulgarian limited liability company registered under UIC 207177756, VAT BG207177756, with registered address at Sunny Beach Resort, Harmony Suites complex No. 4, building A, floor 2, apartment 207, Nesebar 8240, Bulgaria.

What data we collect

• Usage analytics: page views, referrer, browser type, approximate geographic region (country). We collect this through PostHog with cookieless event tracking by default; identifiable analytics fires only after you accept analytics cookies.
• Server logs: IP address, request timestamp, URL path, user agent. Retained for 30 days for security and abuse prevention. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Email correspondence: if you email us, we retain the message and your email address to respond and for our records (max 24 months).
• Affiliate clicks: when you click a marked affiliate link, the affiliate network drops its own cookies. We do not store affiliate purchase data on our servers.

We do not collect: account passwords (no account system on the site), payment information (we do not sell directly), health, biometric, or other special-category personal data under GDPR Article 9.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or any other GDPR- applicable jurisdiction, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
• Correct inaccurate data (Art. 16)
• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten" — Art. 17)
• Restrict processing (Art. 18)
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
• Data portability (Art. 20)
• Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In Bulgaria, that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД).

To exercise any of these rights, email legal@martechpilot.com. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 12.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal data. To exercise California rights, email legal@martechpilot.com.

Data transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the European Economic Area:

• PostHog (analytics) — US-based, GDPR DPA in place
• Cloudflare (CDN, email forwarding) — global edge, GDPR DPA in place
• Sentry (error tracking, if enabled) — US-based, GDPR DPA in place

All transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required under Article 46 GDPR.

Children

MartechPilot is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email legal@martechpilot.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

Material changes are notified at the top of this page with a new "last updated" date and, where required, by direct notice to email subscribers.
